Thank you for shopping at Hug-a-dub-dub. Our products are made with all natural ingredients, without synthetic chemicals and preservatives. We do not use parabens or sulfates. This makes our products extrememly suitable to babies, children and those with sensitive skin. Most of our products are made to order, this may occaisionally result in a longer shipping time, but we strive to have each order shipped within 48 hours of receipt.
Should you be unhappy with your Hug-a-dub-dub order, please contact us immediately. Unused, unopened products can be returned within 14 days for a full refund.
